At Hey Girl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or bodycare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us. We will help you find the right product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at leapcosmeceuticals@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
